[Sticky] How we convert your site?  

We work based on the following four simple steps:

• Step 1: You make a request using one of our Service Request Form.
• Step 2: We review your website and provide with conversion service price. Also we ask for the access data we need to start.
• Step 3: Once you got all necessary accesses, we start the website database conversion. For example, if you request the "Joomla (source) to Wordpress (target)" conversion service we email you asking for the access information needed. When we receive this information from you export Joomla database to our workspace (servers). Then we convert Joomla database into Wordpress database. The target WordPress website will be located on our demo server for your review. You'll get all necessary accesses to do a complete review of the conversion result. If the target WordPress website already exists on your servers, we clone it to our workspace and import converted data. Thus we don't lose or overwrite the changes which have already done by you.
• Step 4: You check the new Wordpress site and confirm that everything is correct or report issues you may have found. Our support service is available seven days a week and we will help you until your issues (if any) are resolved. Once all issues are resolved and the result is approved you will receive a payment request from us by email. We ask that payment for the conversion service is made within three days. You'll be able to pay. You'll be able to pay securely using your Credit Card or PayPal through 2Checkout payment system.
